ConFlip in Dubai is seeking a skilled Florist to join our team. You will design stunning floral arrangements for weddings, events and daily orders while offering personalized recommendations to clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of florist experience, a creative eye for colors and styles, excellent customer service, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced studio environment. Knowledge of different flower types and delivery coordination is a plus.

• Create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events
• Work with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations
• Order and maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies
• Ensure that all arrangements are prepared according to quality standards and delivered on time
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients
• Collaborate with colleagues to come up with new ideas and designs
• Keep track of orders, payments, and expenses accurately
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral studio

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a florist in a similar role
• Creative flair and knowledge of different flower types, colors, and arrangements

The salary for this role is 1100$ per month.
