Job summary

Alef Group in Sharjah is seeking a bilingual Creative Designer with 2–4 years experience in motion graphics and UI design to join our growing team. You will create engaging visuals for websites, apps, and marketing campaigns, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with video editors and developers to deliver high-quality experiences.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in design and are proficient in After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma, with a strong portfolio in motion

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• Must be proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong experience with Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD) for UI/UX design.
• Thorough understanding of animation principles and motion storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate compelling motion graphics for video, web, and social media platforms.
• Create explainer videos, logo animations, UI animations, and product walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with video editors, marketing, and creative teams to deliver visually consistent assets.
• Ensure all motion content adheres to brand guidelines and enhances user engagement.
• Design user interfaces for websites and mobile apps with a strong focus on user experience (UX).
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for digital products.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and component libraries.

About the Company:

Alef Group is a pioneer in developing premier lifestyle communities, destinations, and experiences through investment and strategic joint ventures, and is seeking a bilingual creative, highly experienced and detail oriented Creative Designer preferably from a Real Estate Developer environment or agency to join our growing team based in Sharjah.

Job Purpose:

The Creative Designer will be responsible for supporting Alef Group’s growing design team by delivering engaging visual content that aligns with our brand’s vision and values. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives at the intersection of motion, storytelling, and digital experience. The successful candidate will create high-impact motion graphics and user interface designs across a range of digital touchpoints—including Alef Group’s websites, mobile applications, and marketing campaigns—enhancing our audience engagement and elevating our digital presence.

Key Accountabilities:

Motion Graphics

• Design and animate compelling motion graphics for video, web, and social media platforms.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Educational Qualification & Certifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• Must be proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong experience with Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD) for UI/UX design.
• Thorough understanding of animation principles and motion storytelling.

Work Experience:

• Must have a minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Must have experience creating UI animations and micro interactions.
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both motion and UI work.

Skills required:

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience working in Agile or fast-paced environments.
• Interest in branding and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with 3D software (e.g., Blender or Cinema4D) is an advantage
