Job summary

Boston Consulting Group BrightHouse in Dubai seeks a Creative Intern to bridge strategy and design for bold ideas, striking visuals, and stories that move people. You will collaborate with global teams on AI-powered creative work and develop client-ready presentations.

Ideal candidates are design students or recent grads with a portfolio, fluent in English and Arabic, and a curiosity for new tools. The role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced consultancy and exposure to leading brands

Qualifications

• Degree or current studies in design, brand, advertising, or related field.
• Public portfolio available online.
• Passion for AI-powered creative tools with hands-on AI video/image production.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; AfterEffects, Premiere, or Final Cut Pro are strong plus.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and core use of it as a creative medium.
• Playful and experimental mindset; open to new tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team across projects.
• Fluent English; native Arabic strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Concepting bold ideas to drive impact and change organisations.
• Developing conceptual, visual solutions for strategic and business problems.
• Collaborating with strategy teams to translate insights into creative work.

• Creating PowerPoint presentations that tell clients’ stories with clarity and craft.
• Working with editable mockup templates and ad-like objects to visualize ideas.
• Being open to creative direction and elevating ideas with the team.
