Job summary

Family Assist in Ajman is seeking an entry-level Crane Operator to join our construction team. The role involves operating various cranes, following safety protocols, inspecting equipment, and reporting issues to the supervisor.

The position is open to Indian nationals with English communication skills, no prior experience required, and on-the-job training provided. Salary is AED 1,700 per month with overtime and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Indian national with valid UAE work visa.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• No prior crane operator experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must hold a valid crane operator certification.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Operate different types of cranes such as tower, mobile, or overhead cranes according to safety protocols and instructions.
• Inspect equipment before use and report any malfunctions or damages to the supervisor.
• Maneuver loads into position by using hand signals or radios with ground workers.
• Monitor all crane operations to ensure safe and efficient movement of materials.
• Keep accurate records of daily work activities, including load charts, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
