Job summary

Crane Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy objects on construction sites, ports, and other locations.

Responsibilities

• Operate different types of cranes including tower cranes, crawler cranes, and mobile cranes
• Inspect equipment before operation to ensure safety and functionality
• Use hand signals or radio communication to coordinate movements with ground crew
• Lift and move materials according to project plans and instructions
• Monitor crane operations to ensure safety standards are met
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
• Keep detailed records of crane activities and maintenance performed

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a crane operator
• Valid crane operator certification
• Knowledge of different types of cranes and their capabilities
• Ability to read construction plans and follow instructions
• Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy equipment for long periods of time
• Attention to detail and strong safety consciousness

Preferred

• Experience working in the construction or oil industry
• Bilingual (English/Indian)

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Applicants must be fluent in English and have the legal right to work in Abu Dhabi. Free visa and ticket will be provided for qualified international candidates. Accommodation is not included. This position is suitable for students looking for part-time work.
