You will liaise with the project manager to ensure proper crane setup and efficient operation, with overtime as needed. Applicants must have proven crane operating experience in construction and a valid crane operator certification is preferred.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Crane Operator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, offering a salary of 1500. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and accurate operation of cranes for various construction projects. You will be in charge of operating a range of cranes, ensuring that all safety procedures are adhered to at all times. You will liaise with the project manager and other staff to ensure that the crane is set up correctly and that it is used safely and efficiently. You must have the ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently when needed, and must be willing to work overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile or tower cranes to lift, move or position loads accurately according to instructions
• Inspect crane equipment before use; perform routine maintenance; document inspections
• Observe all safety regulations regarding operation of the crane
• Ensure that safety precautions are observed during lifting operationsFollow instructions from supervisors or project managers on job sites
• Monitor load capacities throughout hoisting process
• Communicate closely with other crew members for coordination during hoisting process
• Maintain records of work done on crane operations
• Perform other related duties when required.
