Job summary

Ener Mech is seeking an experienced Operations Manager - Cranes to lead a major crane operations and maintenance contract based in Abu Dhabi. You will be accountable for safe, reliable, and commercially effective delivery, guiding both operations and maintenance teams and maintaining strong client relationships with ADNOC stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership in cranes and lifting, deep knowledge of crane operations and maintenance, and experience in oil & gas or similar

Qualifications

• Experience in crane operations and maintenance.
• Strong leadership of large operational teams.
• Understanding of health, safety and environmental standards in high-risk environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead crane operations and maintenance across the contract.
• Manage operational teams and ensure safety, reliability and performance.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost control and contract P&L.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ADNOC stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety and operational performance.
