Qualifications

• At least vocational diploma in any discipline. Certificate or diploma in Bartender is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 1 year in bartender experience.
• Good knowledge in various kinds of drink and beverage.

Responsibilities

• Provides beverage service to guests according to prescribed service rules.
• Maintains cleanliness of the bar area and prepares daily bar inventory.
• Prepares all mise-en-place and garnishes for efficient service.
