Job Overview

The CPD Systems Analyst will support procurement technology across Oracle SCM, SAP, SBT, Spend Analysis, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Management. The role ensures smooth operations, accurate data, reliable reporting, and effective coordination with vendors and internal teams for consumer procurement and contract processes in Dubai.

What You’ll Do

• Provide daily application support for CPD systems and tools including Oracle SCM, SAP, SBT, CLM, SLM, and spend analytics
• Coordinate incidents, enhancements, and releases with vendors and cross-functional teams
• Maintain system data integrity, master data hygiene, and audit readiness
• Build and optimize operational and management reports with clear documentation
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive preventive fixes
• Create and update SOPs, user guides, and configuration records
• Assist with user training, access reviews, and basic configuration or UAT
• Track KPIs for availability, incident turnaround, and data quality

Ideal Profile

• 5-10 years supporting enterprise applications such as Oracle SCM, SAP, or similar
• Familiarity with procurement and contract platforms including CLM and SLM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality
• Experience in ticketing workflows, change control, and release coordination
• Clear communication and stakeholder management across business and IT
• Exposure to spend analytics, reporting tools, and documentation standards
