Job summary

Credit Agricole CIB in Dubai seeks a Coverage Analyst to support the corporate coverage team in day-to-day operations and client queries. You will liaise with back/middle offices, assist in credit reviews, and help prepare facility agreements in coordination with risk, legal, and credit administration.

The role requires a Master’s in Finance with experience in corporate finance or investment banking, and fluency in English and French; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance from a university or business school.
• Experience in Corporate Finance or Investment Banking is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist the corporate coverage team in day to day operations and client queries.
• Communicate with back office & middle office for client matters, bank confirmations, statements, etc.
• Coordinate with Risk Department with coverage bankers for annual credit reviews and Phidias requirements.
• Prepare facility agreements in line with approvals and coordinate with credit administration and legal.

Job description

You will join Cr dit Agricole CIB Duba as a Coverage Analyst helping the corporate coverage team in managing the day to day operations special assignments and presentations

Your concrete missions will be the following

• Assist the corporate coverage team in day to day operations and client queries
• Communicate with back office middle office for client matters bank confirmations statements etc
• Prepare and coordinate with Risk Departement together with the coverage bankers for annual credit reviews punctual requests and Phidias requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of facility agreements in accordance to approvals and coordinate with credit administration and legal as needed
• Handle the operational KYC process as a start point identifying the missing documents liaising with the client uploading in the KYC tool and identifying all the financial security issues
• Attend to client queries transactional and operational requests and follow up to ensure they are satisfactorily addressed
• Assist in preparing pitch books and other marketing materials

To be eligible for a VIE :

• Be less than 28 years old
• Be postgraduate of a Master degree
• Be EU citizen.

Are you our future VIE ? You are postgraduate of an University or a Business School with a Master Degree in Finance. A previous experience in Corporate Finance or Investment Banking is mandatory.

• Ability to read financial statements and perform credit analysis
