Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising students in the absence of their regular teachers, ensuring that the curriculum is delivered effectively by maintaining a positive learning environment. Teachers, Students, Parents, Principal and other members of the school management team as well as External suppliers and Standard Agencies

Key Accountabilities:

• Supervise classes across the secondary school in the absence of the regular teacher.
  Ensure students remain on task by managing classroom behaviour and following the school's behaviour policy.
• Deliver lessons pre-prepared by the regular teacher and provide support to students as they complete set tasks.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Provide feedback to the regular teacher on student progress and behaviour during their absence id required.
