Job summary

Workato in Sharjah, UAE, is hiring a Courier Delivery Driver to safely and timely deliver packages to clients, including individuals and businesses. The role requires a valid driver\'s license and a high school diploma; no English fluency required.

It is a full-time position with accommodation provided, and preference given to Africans and Egyptians. The successful candidate will plan efficient routes, maintain records, and provide excellent customer service while upholding vehicle cleanliness

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license with a clean record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be physically fit to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Excellent time management to follow schedules and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
• Delivery or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicle to deliver packages to designated locations.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages with a smile and greeting clients.
• Handle questions or concerns from clients regarding their packages.
• Keep delivery records and obtain signatures when delivering sensitive documents or valuable items.
• Report issues or delays with deliveries to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the company vehicle.
