Courier Driver - Sharjah, UAE

As a Courier Driver in Sharjah, UAE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of packages and documents to various locations. This position is open to all nationalities and does not require fluency in English.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a company-provided vehicle to deliver packages and documents to designated locations
- Plan and follow the most efficient route for each delivery, taking into account traffic conditions and time constraints
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of packages as per customer requirements
- Handle all necessary paperwork for each delivery, including obtaining signatures and maintaining accurate records
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner, addressing any concerns or questions they may have about their delivery
- Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the assigned vehicle, reporting any issues to the supervisor immediately
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road, prioritizing safety at all times
- Assist with loading and unloading of packages from the vehicle as needed

Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license (manual) with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Previous experience working as a courier or delivery driver preferred
- Good knowledge of Sharjah roads and traffic patterns
- Ability to read maps and navigate using GPS systems
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy packages (up to 30 kg)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
