Position Summary:

The CMO-UAE will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and executing the company’s sales strategy within the UAE market. This senior leadership role demands a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the UAE market dynamics, exceptional client management skills, and the ability to drive revenue in alignment with the company’s broader regional objectives. The Country Sales Head will lead the UAE sales team, refine sales processes, and collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement the UAE sales strategy in alignment with the overall regional sales objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities, craft go-to-market strategies, and increase revenue and market share.
  • Set annual sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs for the UAE sales team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
2. Client Acquisition and Account Management:
  • Drive the acquisition and retention of key accounts across diverse sectors, fostering long-lasting relationships.
  • Develop account management strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
  • Act as the primary liaison for major clients, negotiating contracts and ensuring superior client experiences.
3. Team Leadership and Development:
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing UAE sales team, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Offer coaching and mentorship to help team members achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Conduct performance reviews, establish development plans, and recognize outstanding performers.
4. Market Analysis and Competitive Insights:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand competitive trends, customer needs, and industry dynamics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to regional leadership on emerging opportunities and market demands.
  • Develop strategies to secure a competitive advantage within the UAE market.
5. Sales Process Optimization:
  • Enhance sales processes and tools to boost team productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Implement CRM best practices to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns and product positioning.
6. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Partner with the regional marketing team to localize campaigns, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the product team to convey market feedback and align offerings with market demands.
  • Coordinate with finance and operations teams for budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
Education:
