Job summary

Deployed is seeking a Country Manager for the UAE to lead our presence in the UAE market in a full-time remote role. You will identify strategic opportunities, build enterprise relationships, and drive end-to-end sales cycles for AI transformation projects.

You will collaborate with solution engineering teams, translate client needs into proposals, oversee delivery alignment, and position the brand through market analysis, partnerships, and industry presence across the UAE and GCC.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in business development, sales, or commercial leadership in the UAE, ideally within technology, AI, or enterprise solutions.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth with enterprise-level organizations.
• Understanding of AI, data, and digital transformation concepts, with the ability to communicate technical solutions in business terms.
• Experience in market analysis, go-to-market strategy, and local partnership building within the UAE or GCC region.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing cross-functional teams and coordinating remote collaborators.
• High level of autonomy, adaptability, and problem-solving skills suitable for a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or MBA are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE and region as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Role Description

The Country Manager | UAE is a full-time remote role responsible for building and leading Deployed’s presence in the UAE market. On a day-to-day basis, this role identifies and develops strategic relationships with enterprise clients, drives new business opportunities, and manages end-to-end sales cycles for AI transformation projects. The Country Manager collaborates with solution engineering teams to translate client needs into tailored proposals, oversees project delivery alignment with client expectations, and ensures long-term account growth. This role also involves market analysis, local partnership development, and brand positioning activities to strengthen Deployed’s footprint in the region. The Country Manager will regularly report on performance metrics, refine go-to-market strategies, and represent Deployed at industry events, conferences, and client meetings (virtually and on-site as required).
