Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 24 years of experience as a Cost Controller in hotel/hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of F&B costing, inventory systems, and procurement processes.
• Proficiency with hotel finance systems (e.g., SAP, Sun Systems, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural hospitality environment.
• Locally available preferred.

• Prepare monthly cost variance reports and support budgeting/forecasting.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and hotel policies.
• Analyze price trends and coordinate with purchasing for cost-effective sourcing.
• Support department heads with cost insights to boost profitability.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Control Officer to join the team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a significant background in hotel cost control F&B costing inventory management and financial analysis within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control costs across all hotel departments (F&B Rooms Utilities Procurement etc.).
• Review and verify daily cost reports purchase requests and inventory transactions.
• Prepare monthly cost variance reports and support the Finance team in budgeting and forecasting.
• Conduct regular store audits spot-checks and inventory reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and hotel financial policies.
• Analyses price trends and coordinate with purchasing for cost-efficient sourcing.
• Support department heads with cost-related insights to boost profitability.

Requirements
