Job summary

Ali & Sons Contracting LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a detail‑oriented Cost Control Manager to lead the Planning & Cost Control team at our head office. The role centers on accurate cost planning, monitoring project financials, and data‑driven decisions to ensure profitability across our projects.

Responsibilities include developing budgets via Work Breakdown Structures, tracking costs, performing variance analysis, supporting change orders and EOT claims, and assisting SAP implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in cost control with major contracting firms.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, project financial reporting, and cost optimization.
• Proficiency in SAP and project control software.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
