Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co. LLC seeks a Cost Control Engineer in Abu Dhabi to join the project controls team. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining cost visibility across large-scale projects in the UAE.

The candidate will monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and support risk mitigation and decision-making with accurate cost reporting and data management. A CCP and engineering background are preferred for this senior level position.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Cost Control, Project Controls, or Project Cost Management.
• Experience on Oil & Gas, Civil Engineering, or Power sector projects.
• Experience with cost forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for projects; develop cost forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze project expenditures and variances.
• Evaluate cost impacts of changes and update forecasts accordingly.
• Prepare detailed cost reports (CTC, variances, cash flow).
• Identify cost risks and support mitigation actions.
• Maintain and benchmark cost databases and records.
