Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective B2B customers.
- Promote and sell remanufactured toner cartridges highlighting cost savings and environmental benefits.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable toner products.
- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
- Follow up on leads and quotations to close deals.
- Achieve and exceed weekly / monthly sales targets .
- Build strong, professional relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Provide feedback from customers to help improve sales strategy and product offerings.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound calling (preferably in B2B sales).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
