This international Dubai practice has a reputation for client excellence and high performance whilst maintaining a culture and lifestyle balance for its lawyers. Due to growth and existing client needs, the firm is currently looking to hire two Corporate Senior Associates to join their aggressively expanding practice.

This role supports leading Partners and will see you work on a range of corporate matters. This will include advisory work on capital raisings, corporate governance, managed investments and mergers and acquisitions as well as financial services advisory.

This is an excellent career opportunity for a Senior Associate looking to unblock their career path with a fast route to Partnership. The successful candidates should have at least 10 years PQE with current experience working at the highest level in the Middle East. You should be able to lead and handle client matters and transactions (in addition to supervising others) whilst instilling and generating client confidence.
