Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Abu Dhabi seeks an AI & Digital Experience Analyst to translate AI architectures into prototypes and drive enterprise AI adoption. You will coach end users to build agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, from simple bots to advanced agents with topics, actions, connectors, and knowledge sources.

You will bridge AI development with user experience, measure impact, and develop dashboards and storytelling to show automation benefits and system uptime improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI toolsets.
• Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including agents, topics, actions, connectors.

Responsibilities

• AI Prototyping & Execution: build internal AI agents and automation tools from design to functional models.
• Copilot Studio Expertise: guide end users to design, build and publish agents with advanced capabilities.
• Enterprise AI Adoption: lead training programs to drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot and digital workplace tools.
• Governance & Best Practice: share templates and guardrails for secure, compliant Copilot Studio agents.
