Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a skilled Coordinator to join our Investigation team. The role focuses on preparing daily reports, handling calls, and coordinating with executives to ensure timely follow-up actions in a luxury hospitality setting.

You will support intelligence collection, maintain logs, coordinate with operational departments for VIP movements and events, and uphold strict confidentiality. Fluent English and at least 2 years in hospitality admin are required.

Job description

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Coordinator to join our Investigationteam.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Prepares daily reports and relevant information for managers’ morning briefings.
• Handles telephone calls, updates and follow-up logs for requests.
• Coordinate with Investigations Executive Director or relevant team members for proper follow-up action and ensures all tasks are completed accordingly.
• Participates in the intelligence collection function of the department.
• Supports corporate investigations with research and support tied to active incident investigations.
• Raises maintenance and all other job order requests for Investigations team members to the relevant departments.
• Keeps control of all work-related devices issued to team members, ensuring all devices are returned at the end of each shift and in a good condition.
• Coordinates daily with operational departments matters which includes VIP movement, group and event, venues operating and other related matters.
• Develops and maintains the departments contact network and sources of information.
• Includes handling sick leave calls and informs Executive Director and Manager respectively.
• Ensure seamless communication flow among departments and Supervisors.
• Logs all missing items in public areas reported by Attendants and Supervisors.
• Always maintains strict confidentiality on all matters.
• Interacts professionally and positively within the department, Wynn Al Marjan Island team members, management and contractors.
• Encourages good relationships, promotes team spirit and ensures effective two-way & multicultural communications.
• Adhere to Wynn Al Marjan Island policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct.
• Always Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and Wynn Al Marjan Island’s standards.
• Clean and tidy the office and participates in the recycling program and follow a strict discipline to reduce, re-use and recycle wherever possible.

About You:

• Fluent in spoken, written, and reading/comprehension English.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in the hospitality industry or a luxury hotel environment.
• Previous Investigations experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
