Job summary

A leading utility service provider in Sharjah is seeking an Industrial Electrician to handle electrical installations and maintenance for wastewater treatment processes. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Electrical Engineering, at least 4 years of experience, and strong skills in electrical installation. A UAE driving license is an advantage. This position focuses on compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in Waste Water Treatment Plant and Equipment Manufacturing field.
• Experience in Control panel wiring, Electrical installation, testing and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Industrial Electrician / Electrical helper for cable tray installation, cable pulling, armoured cable glanding and termination.
• Work according to drawing provided by Electrical Engineer / Supervisor.
• Report preventive maintenance needs to Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the working area.
• Take care of all the equipment and tools.
• Reduce wastage and scrap.

Skills

Strong knowledge in Electrical installation works

Ability to solve problems and repair equipment on site

Ability to Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring

Ability to use hand tools and power tools

Excellent communication skills

Working experience in UAE and other GCC / North African region

UAE Driving license

Education

Diploma / Degree in Electrical / ITI related certificate

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Industrial Electrician / Electrical helper for cable tray installation, cable pulling, armoured cable glanding and termination.
• To work according to the Drawing / Sketch / sample given by Electrical Engineer / Supervisor.
• To report any required or preventative maintenance to Supervisor.
• To report any required material before exhaustion.
• To assist other individuals when needed.
• To maintain the working area clean.
• To take care of all the Equipment and Tools.
• To reduce the wastage / scrap.
