Job summary

Dubai Holding Real Estate is seeking a disciplined professional to manage cost control and procurement across civil projects. You will coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure budget adherence, evaluate bids, and oversee contract administration to deliver value and financial integrity.

The role requires a strong background in procurement, budgeting and risk management, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Contracts Management.
• Solid knowledge of FIDIC, contract law and procurement practices.
• 4–6 years of experience in contract management, cost control and quantity surveying.

Responsibilities

• Support prep of budgetary cost estimates and order-of-magnitude costs for planning and decision-making.
• Manage procurement processes, issue inquiries, and prepare bid summaries for competitive bids.
• Provide contractual and procurement advice ensuring compliance with policies and obligations.
• Monitor and control costs during design and execution to ensure budget adherence.
• Review BOQs, contractor bills, variations and claims for accuracy and cost control.
• Manage tendering, contractor selection, and procurement to achieve best value.
• Oversee contract administration, payments, and reporting to ensure financial integrity.
