With a mission to redefine digital transformation, we combine sovereign capabilities with scalable, high-performance compute infrastructure, positioning Core42 at the forefront of AI innovation in the Middle East and beyond.

The opportunity

Core42 is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead contract management within the Supply Chain and Procurement function, reporting to the Director - Supply Chain.

You will be responsible for managing the contract lifecycle across supplier and commercial agreements, ensuring contracts are well governed, accurately maintained and actively tracked from initiation through execution, amendment, renewal and close-out.

You will work closely with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Technology, Operations and business stakeholders to improve contract governance, increase visibility of contractual obligations, reduce process bottlenecks and support Core42's fast-paced technology and AI infrastructure environment.

This is a hands-on manager role suited to someone who can bring structure, pace and discipline to a growing contract portfolio.

Your key responsibilities
Contract Lifecycle Management
  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle process, including initiation, review, approval, execution, amendment, renewal and close-out.
  • Coordinate master service agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), amendments, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), framework agreements, licensing agreements, supplier contracts and other commercial documents.
  • Track contract status, approvals, milestones, actions and stakeholder inputs to support timely execution.
  • Ensure contract documentation is complete, accurate and aligned with internal governance requirements.
  • Support contract owners and business stakeholders in understanding contract-process requirements and approval routes.
Commercial and Contract Governance
  • Maintain contract-governance standards, procedures, templates, workflows and controls.
  • Ensure contract activities are aligned with procurement policies, delegation-of-authority requirements and internal-control expectations.
  • Support consistent contract-management practices across departments and supplier engagements.
  • Identify process gaps and opportunities to improve contract visibility and turnaround times.
  • Prepare contract-status reports, dashboards and management updates for Supply Chain leadership.
Legal, Finance and Stakeholder Coordination
  • Act as a key coordination point between Supply Chain, Legal, Finance and business stakeholders during contract review and execution.
  • Track redlines, commercial issues, supplier clarifications, approvals and signature workflows through to closure.
  • Support the resolution of contract-related queries, bottlenecks and process delays.
  • Escalate material contractual risks, unresolved issues or approval delays as required.
  • Ensure stakeholders are clear on their responsibilities throughout the contract process.
Contract Repository, Renewals and Obligations
  • Own and maintain the contract repository, ensuring executed agreements are properly stored, classified and accessible.
  • Maintain accurate contract records, version control, document retention and audit evidence.
  • Establish and manage renewal calendars, notice periods, expiry dates and renewal-planning actions.
  • Track key contractual obligations, including deliverables, service levels, warranties, commercial commitments and other material terms.
  • Support audit readiness through disciplined document control and evidence management.
Contract Lifecycle Management and Continuous Improvement
  • Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of contract lifecycle management tools and workflows.
  • Develop contract KPIs, reporting standards, process maps and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual contract processes and improve governance.
  • Support continuous improvement across contract administration, approvals, reporting and repository management.
  • Promote effective contract-management practices across the organization.
Role Ownership
  • Contract lifecycle management and contract-administration governance.
  • MSA, SOW, NDA, amendment, renewal and contract-change coordination.
  • Contract-repository accuracy, document control, retention and reporting.
  • Contract approval and signature-workflow follow-up.
  • Contract-obligation tracking and renewal calendars.
