Job summary

Hire Feed seeks a seasoned General Counsel to lead the company’s legal strategy in the United Arab Emirates and globally. The role requires delivering strategic legal leadership, managing risk, and safeguarding regulatory compliance across expanding markets.

You will oversee complex contracts, corporate governance, intellectual property, data privacy, and employment law, partnering with executive leadership to enable responsible growth for a technology and internet-driven business.

Qualifications

• Requires Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate law, focused on technology, internet, or digital platform industries.
• Strong expertise in commercial contract negotiation, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience advising startups or high-growth companies on venture financing, M&A, and partnerships.
• Familiarity with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and IP protection strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advisor to executive leadership and board members on corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, partnership agreements, and licensing arrangements.
• Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with the company’s operations, product offerings, and global expansion.
