A leading HR consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator in Dubai. The role involves supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR administration. Ideal candidates have 6-10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Qualifications

  • Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Any additional certification in HR is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment by posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and manage onboarding materials.
  • Maintain and manage employee records accurately.
  • Assist in HR administration and timesheet management.
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with laws.
