About the Job: CONTRACT/COMMERCIAL ENGINEER

The Contract / Commercial Engineer will support the commercial and contractual management of onshore oil and gas projects during the Engineering Phase. The role involves assisting in contract administration, procurement support, and commercial analysis under the supervision of senior commercial staff.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and management of contracts, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements.
  • Support the evaluation of tender documents, bids, and quotations.
  • Assist in monitoring project budgets, cost control, and financial tracking.
  • Support commercial negotiations and coordination with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain and update contract and commercial documentation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Assist in preparing commercial reports, progress claims, and change order documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, company policies, and ADNOC standards.
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams to address contractual and commercial issues.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
  • 0-5 years of experience in contract, commercial, or project administration roles within the oil and gas industry.
  • Basic understanding of contract management, procurement, and project commercial procedures.
  • Familiarity with ADNOC project standards and procedures is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Must be immediately available to join.
