About the role

As a Content Writer you turn ideas, briefs and research into clear, accurate, on-brand content that people actually want to read. You write across formats — articles, web copy, social, case studies, decks and email — always to the brand voice and always factually sound. Precision and range matter here as much as flair.

What you'll do

• Write clear, accurate, on-brand content across formats — articles, web copy, social posts, case studies, decks and email.
• Turn a brief, an interview or a rough set of notes into a finished, publish-ready piece.
• Follow the brand voice, style guide and factual guardrails precisely, every time.
• Research topics thoroughly and represent facts, figures and sources honestly.
• Edit and proofread your own and others' work to a high standard — grammar, structure, flow and accuracy.
• Adapt tone and structure to the audience and channel, from a short social post to a long-form report.
• Manage a content pipeline and hit publishing deadlines across several pieces at once.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate without losing the thread of the brief.

Working arrangement

This is a contract engagement based in Dubai, worked on a hybrid basis — a blend of on-site collaboration and remote focus time, structured around project delivery rather than a fixed schedule.

Every applicant completes our PURE assessment (Tier 1). Stage 1 covers Verbal Reasoning, Attention to Detail, Understanding Instructions, Presentation Skills and Problem Solving; Stage 2 builds a character profile across nine traits; Stage 3 is a short final conversation.
