We're a fast-growing beauty brand specializing in hair accessories, and we're looking for a Content Production Manager based in Dubai to own and execute all our photo and video productions on the ground.
This isn't a behind-the-camera role – this is a producer role. You're the person who makes shoots happen: booking locations, coordinating crews, managing timelines, solving last-minute problems, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from pre-production to wrap.
You'll be responsible for:
- Organizing and managing all photo and video shoots in Dubai (salons, retail locations, studios, street content, etc.)
- Being on-site during podcast recordings and street interview shoots to ensure smooth execution
- Coordinating with external crews (photographers, videographers, hair stylists, models, etc.)
- Managing production logistics: location scouting, permits, scheduling, crew briefings, equipment rentals
- Handling real-world production challenges (last-minute cancellations, weather changes, technical issues)
- Working with our in-house video editors to ensure footage is captured correctly for post-production needs
This role is:
- Full-time freelance position
- Fully remote prep work, on-site presence required for all Dubai shoots
- Compensation based on experience
What we're looking for:
- Must be based in Dubai (shoots happen locally, remote prep work from home is fine)
- Proven experience as a Production Manager, Line Producer, or Production Coordinator at a creative agency or e‑commerce brand
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills – you thrive under pressure and adapt quickly
- Experience producing content in real-world environments (retail spaces, salons, public locations, not just studios)
- Excellent communication and crew management skills
- Ability to estimate budgets, negotiate with vendors, and make smart trade-offs between quality, cost, and speed
- You don't need to be a photographer or videographer – but you need to understand production workflows inside out
