Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Creation: Develop creative ideas, write scripts, and build concepts for social media campaigns that align with the brand’s identity and goals. Write engaging, clear, and compelling copy for captions, videos, infographics, and articles. Produce, shoot, and edit short-form videos optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Social Media & Trend Management: Stay up to date with the latest trends, viral content, and social media platform updates. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance and engagement metrics to optimize future content strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or Social Media Specialist (a strong Portfolio is mandatory).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in camera/mobile shooting and video/photo editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva). Strong understanding of SEO basics, social media algorithms, and hashtag strategies.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. High level of creativity, storytelling ability, and out-of-the-box thinking. Excellent time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
