Job summary

Hashtag, a social-first agency with offices in Dubai, Riyadh, Alexandria, and Amman, is seeking a creative Content Creator. You will produce engaging video content tailored for social media clients, using mobile-based tools and collaborating with our in-house production team.

From concept development to post-production, you will film on set or location, edit with CapCut, enhance lighting and sound, and contribute to scripting and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role in a social context.
• Proficiency in mobile-based editing tools (CapCut).
• Strong knowledge of mobile shooting techniques (framing, lighting, audio).
• Basic knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics (or willingness to enhance skills).
• Ability to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute creative video ideas.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Flexibility to work on-site or on location as required.

creation tools (not DSLRs), skilled in editing apps like CapCut, and able to manage the full process from
