Job summary

HR 360 Consultants is seeking a Consultant/Specialist in Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU) to join our Dubai healthcare team. The ideal candidate will manage critically ill pediatric patients, lead resuscitation efforts, and supervise staff in a DHA-compliant environment.

Fluency in Russian or an Eastern European language is required to effectively communicate with families from these regions. DHA license or eligibility is necessary, with 10+ years in a PICU setting.

Qualifications

• MBBS with pediatric critical care specialization.
• 10+ years of experience in a Pediatric ICU setting.
• Valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Fluency in Russian or an Eastern European language is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for critically ill neonates and children in the Pediatric ICU.
• Diagnose, manage, and treat life-threatening conditions requiring intensive care.
• Perform advanced procedures such as intubation, mechanical ventilation, and central line placement.
• Lead pediatric resuscitation and emergency response teams.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including pediatricians, anesthetists, and nurses.
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors, nurses, and medical staff in the PICU.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and international best practices.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families, especially Russian-speaking and Eastern European families, to provide medical updates and emotional support.
