We are seeking a skilled Consultant/Specialist Gastrointestinal Surgeon to join our dedicated healthcare team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations and diagnostic assessments of patients presenting with gastrointestinal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans involving surgical and non-surgical interventions
• Perform a variety of gastrointestinal surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques
• Oversee all aspects of pre-operative and post-operative patient care to ensure comprehensive recovery
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals across disciplines to provide integrated care
• Educate patients and families about treatment options, procedures, and follow-up care
• Contribute to clinical research initiatives and stay updated with advancements in the field

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution
• Completion of residency in General Surgery and a fellowship in Gastrointestinal Surgery
• Active and valid medical license in the respective region
• At least 5 years of experience as a Consultant/Specialist in Gastrointestinal Surgery
• In-depth knowledge of gastrointestinal disorders and surgical techniques
• Proven expertise in performing complex surgical procedures with a focus on patient safety
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and colleagues
• A collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Commitment to ongoing education and staying abreast of industry trends
