The role offers a high-impact leadership position in a modern, internationally accredited laboratory environment, supporting advanced diagnostics and patient safety.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years post-specialist experience, and holds recognised board qualifications.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years post specialist / board certification.
Eligible for DHA/DOH license conversion with full support.
Experience in laboratory management and clinical consultation.
In-depth knowledge of JCI, CAP, ISO standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee laboratory services across hematology, biochemistry, microbiology and immunology.
Ensure accuracy, reliability and timely reporting of results.
Provide clinical consultations to physicians.
Lead QC/QA programs and maintain international accreditation.
Supervise technologists and staff, and participate in infection control.

Participate in infection control, transfusion medicine, and clinical governance programs
