Job summary

SearchPlus HR seeks an experienced Consultant Pediatric Endocrinologist to join a leading UAE healthcare organization in Dubai. You will provide consultant-level diagnosis and management of pediatric endocrine and metabolic disorders.

The role involves a multidisciplinary team, education for children and families, ongoing follow-up, and contribution to clinical quality improvement and CME. Western qualifications are preferred and DHA licensing in Dubai is required.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics.
• Fellowship/subspecialty qualification in Pediatric Endocrinology preferred.
• Strong consultant-level experience in Pediatric Endocrinology.
• Proven experience managing complex pediatric endocrine and metabolic conditions.
• Western qualifications (UK CCT/CCST, Irish, American Board, or Canadian Board) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing consultant-level diagnosis and management of endocrine and metabolic disorders in children.
• Managing pediatric diabetes, thyroid disorders, growth and puberty disorders, obesity, adrenal disorders, and metabolic conditions.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Providing long-term follow-up and monitoring of patients.
• Working closely with pediatricians, dietitians, nurses, geneticists, and other multidisciplinary specialists.
• Providing education and counselling to children and their families.
• Participating in clinical quality improvement, teaching, and service development.
