Job summary

NMC GROUP SERVICES. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated physician to provide care across all age groups and manage complex conditions within a busy Medical Centre.

This role emphasizes evidence-based decisions, ethical practice, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate holds MBBS/MBChB and a recognized specialty qualification, with proven leadership in teaching and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold MBBS or MBChB or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Completion of specialty qualification as per the Recognized Specialty Certificate table.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to all age groups.
• Diagnose joint replacement, sports-related injuries, spine injuries and post-surgery rehabilitation programs.
• Manage chronic conditions such as arthritis or osteoporosis.
• Provide the best possible care to patients in the Medical Centre consistent with available resources.
• Observe ethical standards and comply with Medical Centre policies.
• Ensure high professional standard of care within assigned privileges.
• Lead teaching of junior medical staff and contribute to teaching of nurses, personnel, patients and carers.
• Take Most Responsible Physician (MRP) responsibilities for patients under direct care and maintain confidentiality.
