We are actively seeking a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our esteemed medical team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, offering both surgical and non-surgical solutions. We are looking for a proactive and compassionate surgeon who is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and improving quality of life for our patients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including clinical evaluations and diagnostic imaging, to accurately diagnose orthopedic conditions
  • Develop and execute tailored treatment plans that encompass both conservative and surgical management
  • Perform a wide range of surgical procedures, such as joint replacements, arthroscopic surgeries, and management of fractures
  • Oversee postoperative care, ensuring patients receive appropriate follow-up and rehabilitation support
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic patient care
  • Educate patients and families regarding their conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies
  • Stay current with advancements in orthopedic practices and integrate the latest evidence‑based approaches into patient care
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements
  • Medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) from a reputable institution
  • Successful completion of an Orthopaedic Surgery residency
  • Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in orthopedic surgery
  • Proficient in a broad range of orthopedic procedures and techniques
  • In-depth knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and related treatment protocols
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and their families
  • A collaborative mindset to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
