We Staffed HR in Dubai seeks a highly qualified Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon to join a reputed healthcare facility. You will diagnose, treat musculoskeletal conditions and perform advanced surgical procedures with a focus on patient safety and outcomes.

The role demands leadership, excellent clinical judgment, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and ensure high standards of care.

The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, performing advanced orthopaedic surgical procedures, and providing comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders and injuries.
• Perform orthopaedic surgical procedures, including joint replacement, fracture fixation, and other relevant surgeries.
• Evaluate and treat patients with bone, joint, ligament, tendon, and muscle conditions.
• Manage trauma cases and complex orthopaedic injuries.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' clinical needs.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and monitor patient recovery.
• Recommend appropriate rehabilitation and physiotherapy programs.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Consultant-level qualification and relevant specialist experience.
• Valid DHA / DOH / MOH license or eligibility, as applicable.
• Extensive experience in orthopaedic surgical procedures.
• Excellent clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills.
