Mubadala Health Dubai seeks an experienced Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist to provide comprehensive care across obstetrics and gynaecology within our advanced outpatient and inpatient facilities in Dubai.

The role covers antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care, surgical interventions as appropriate, and ongoing management of high-quality, patient-centred care. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety, governance, and continuous professional development.

Qualificações

• Medical degree from a recognised medical institution.
• Recognised specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (CCT/CCST, American/Canadian Board, or equivalent).
• Eligible for Consultant-level licensing with Dubai healthcare regulators.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consultant-level care across obstetrics and gynaecology, including outpatient, inpatient, and emergency cases.
• Assess, diagnose and manage a broad range of obstetric and gynaecological conditions.

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist to provide comprehensive, patient-centred care across obstetrics and gynaecology. The role will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of women across a broad range of obstetric and gynaecological conditions, ensuring high standards of clinical quality, safety, and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive consultant-level care across obstetrics and gynaecology, including outpatient, inpatient, and emergency presentations.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of obstetric and gynaecological conditions in accordance with recognised clinical standards and evidence-based practice.
• Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care, including the management of routine and higher-risk pregnancies within the scope of clinical privileges.
• Perform obstetric and gynaecological procedures and surgical interventions appropriate to the consultant's training, experience, and granted clinical privileges.
• Manage acute obstetric and gynaecological presentations and participate in the appropriate escalation and management of complex cases.
• Counsel patients regarding diagnosis, treatment options, procedures, expected outcomes, and ongoing care plans.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, patient safety, audits, and departmental initiatives.
• Support the education, supervision, and professional development of junior physicians and other members of the clinical team, where applicable.
• Maintain continuing professional development and remain current with advances and best practices within Obstetrics & Gynaecology.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from a recognised medical institution.
• Recognised specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, such as CCT/CCST, American Board, Canadian Board, or another internationally recognised equivalent qualification.
• Eligible for Consultant-level professional licensing with the relevant Dubai healthcare regulatory authority.
• Substantial post-specialist clinical experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology appropriate to Consultant level.
• Demonstrated experience managing a broad spectrum of obstetric and gynaecological conditions.
• Strong clinical judgement and competence in relevant obstetric and gynaecological procedures within the candidate's scope of practice.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, clinical governance, and evidence-based medicine.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Strong commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality, patient-centred care.
