MedConsultHQ is representing a leading healthcare client in Dubai in the search for an experienced Western-trained Consultant Neurologist to join its specialist medical team.

This opportunity is suited to a highly qualified neurologist with strong consultant-level experience, excellent diagnostic and clinical skills, and a commitment to delivering evidence-based, patient-centred neurological care.

The Role

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive specialist neurological assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of patients presenting with a broad range of neurological disorders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive neurological consultations and clinical assessments.
• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of neurological conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment and long-term management plans.
• Manage patients with acute and chronic neurological disorders within the candidate’s area of expertise.
• Assess and manage patients with conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, and neuromuscular system.
• Provide appropriate interpretation and clinical correlation of relevant diagnostic investigations.
• Collaborate with neuroradiologists, neurosurgeons, rehabilitation specialists, physiotherapists, and other multidisciplinary professionals where appropriate.
• Provide appropriate patient and family education regarding diagnosis, treatment options, prognosis, and ongoing care.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and uphold high standards of patient safety.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical governance, quality improvement, and service development initiatives.

Candidate Profile
