We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Consultant Neonatologist to join our team. In this key role, you will provide expert consultation and clinical care to newborns who are critically ill or who require specialized attention in our state‑of‑the‑art Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). You will work closely with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes for our patients and support their families through challenging times.

Responsibilities
  • Providing expert clinical assessments and recommendations for newborns in need of specialized care
  • Overseeing the management of critically ill neonates, including those with complex medical conditions
  • Collaborating with pediatricians and other specialists to develop comprehensive, individualized care plans
  • Educating and mentoring junior medical staff and healthcare providers in best practices for neonatal care
  • Communicating effectively with families about their newborn's condition, treatment options, and progress
  • Engaging in clinical research projects and initiatives to improve neonatal care practices
  • Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to quality improvement efforts
