About The Role

Our Strategy & Transformation team transforms challenges into opportunities and delivers tailored strategies that ensure long-term value. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, end-to-end financial modelling, the ability to lead discussions, and effective teamwork. You will manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and work closely with recognized experts in small teams that reward collaboration. This dynamic role is ideal for innovative, collaborative, and motivated individuals who can take ownership of modules and write full chapters of documents.

What You’ll Do

As a Consultant, you will be an integral part of a team supporting client projects and contributing to the firm’s business development and intellectual capital. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identification and structuring of complex issues
  • Autonomously conducting thorough research for client projects and proposals
  • Generating insightful analyses with advanced MS Excel modelling and ensuring consistency across outputs
  • Synthesizing and presenting findings clearly within the broader context

Additionally, you will manage project modules with guidance from senior team members, prioritize tasks, manage workloads, communicate project statuses, deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines, and proactively implement feedback.

What We Are Looking For

Basic Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
  • 3–4 years’ experience in a highly demanding position with a proven track record
  • Ability to travel to client sites and FTI offices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s in Business Administration
  • Prior experience in a top-tier consultancy or professional services environment
  • Knowledge and interest in Healthcare
