PulseHire HR Middle East is seeking a Consultant General Surgeon for the UAE to join a leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider. The role encompasses general, laparoscopic and emergency surgery with strong clinical exposure in a modern, quality-driven hospital serving a diverse international patient population.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team with anesthesia, ICU, radiology and oncology, performing open and laparoscopic procedures and contributing to patient safety,

Qualifications

• Board certifications required: American Board of Surgery, UK CCT/FRCS General Surgery, European Board / national certification, Royal College Certification (Canada), Australian FRACS, Arab Board, MS / DNB / FCPS or equivalent, UAE license.
• Valid UAE medical licence or registration is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage elective and emergency general surgery patients.
• Perform open and laparoscopic procedures according to specialty scope and facility privileges.

• Collaborate with anaesthesia, ICU, radiology, gastroenterology, oncology and emergency teams.
• Contribute to surgical pathways, theatre efficiency, infection prevention and patient safety programs.
• Maintain accurate consent, operative notes, discharge summaries and clinical documentation.
