Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations and medical assessments for patients across different age groups


• Diagnose and manage common acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions


• Provide preventive healthcare routine screening immunization guidance and health promotion


• Manage conditions such as hypertension diabetes respiratory disorders and other common primary-care concerns


• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress


• Coordinate referrals to specialists and facilitate continuity of care


• Counsel patients on lifestyle modification disease prevention and long-term health management


• Review diagnostic investigations and prescribe appropriate treatments


• Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with hospital policies and clinical governance requirements


• Support clinical audits quality-improvement programmes and multidisciplinary collaboration

Requirements
