Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking an experienced Consultant Endocrinologist for complex hormonal care in Dubai. The role involves specialist assessment, long-term management, and multidisciplinary coordination for patients with diabetes, thyroid, adrenal and pituitary disorders.

The ideal candidate holds an MD/MBBS with advanced endocrinology training, American Board Certification, and at least five years post-board experience.

Qualifications

• MD/MBBS with advanced specialist training in Endocrinology.
• American Board Certification in Endocrinology mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years post-board experience in a hospital, specialist clinic, or multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Fluent spoken and written Arabic; strong English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients with complex hormonal and metabolic disorders.
• Develop diabetes management plans including insulin therapy.
• Interpret endocrine labs and imaging; tailor treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and other specialties.
• Provide Arabic-language counseling and education to patients and families.
• Maintain medical documentation and comply with UAE regulations.
