SearchPlus HR Consultancy is seeking a Western-qualified Cosmetic & Plastic Surgeon for a leading private hospital in the UAE. The role covers advanced aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, including facial rejuvenation, breast procedures, and body contouring, with emphasis on safety and natural outcomes.

You will assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans, perform procedures within your scope, participate in audits, and collaborate with anesthesia and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with specialist training in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
• Western-recognized specialist qualifications (UK/US/Canada/Ireland/Australia/New Zealand or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in cosmetic and aesthetic surgery.
• Competence in facial, breast, and body-contouring procedures.
• Strong patient communication, clinical judgement, and complication-management skills.
• Experience in a leading private hospital or specialist cosmetic surgery centre is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized cosmetic surgery treatment plans.
• Perform aesthetic procedures involving face, breasts, and body, according to specialist training and scope of practice.
• Perform rhinoplasty, facelift, eyelid surgery, breast augmentation or reduction, liposuction, and abdominoplasty, where appropriately qualified.
• Conduct preoperative assessments, explain risks and expected outcomes, and obtain informed consent.
• Provide postoperative monitoring, follow-up care, and management of complications.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with patient-safety and infection-control standards.
• Collaborate with anaesthesia and other clinical teams to ensure safe perioperative care.
• Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement activities.

• Extensive experience in cosmetic and aesthetic surgery.
• Demonstrated competence in relevant facial, breast, and body-contouring procedures.
• Strong patient communication, clinical judgement, and complication-management skills.
