SearchPlus HR Consultancy is seeking a Consultant Anesthesiologist for partner healthcare institutions in the UAE. The ideal candidate holds American Board of Anesthesiology, UK CCT, or equivalent Western qualifications and will ensure patient safety and comfort across surgical settings.

You will evaluate patients, plan and administer anesthesia, and provide perioperative care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with certification from American Board of Anesthesiology, UK CCT, or any Western qualification.
• Valid license to practice as a Consultant Anesthesiologist.
• Proven experience providing anesthesia care in reputable healthcare settings.
• Expertise in general, regional, and local anesthesia techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive preoperative assessments and risk evaluations.
• Develop and implement personalized anesthesia plans based on patient needs and surgical requirements.
• Administer and manage anesthesia using general, regional, and local techniques safely and effectively.
• Monitor patients continuously during procedures, adjusting anesthesia levels as necessary.
• Provide postoperative care including pain management and patient recovery support.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and manage anesthesia-related complications.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements and best practices in anesthesiology.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and documentation standards.
