Job summary

Mira Construction L.L.C is seeking a diligent Construction Timekeeper to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will record and manage labor hours on site, ensuring timely and accurate data aligned with project schedules.

You will maintain timekeeping records for payroll, coordinate with site supervisors, and prepare weekly and monthly labor hour reports. Strong Excel skills and UAE construction experience are preferred. Competitive salary and comprehensive medical insurance provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; timekeeping certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Timekeeper in UAE construction projects.
• Strong organizational and data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiar with timekeeping systems.
• Good communication and collaborative team work.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Record daily attendance and hours for staff and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records for payroll and reporting.
• Coordinate with site supervisors to resolve labor discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly labor hour reports.
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations.
• Maintain documentation of workforce timings and attendance.
