Job summary

Mira Construction L.L.C is seeking a diligent Construction Timekeeper to record and manage labor hours on our UAE sites. The role ensures timekeeping aligns with project schedules and payroll needs.

The ideal candidate will have proven UAE experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with site supervisors to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate workforce records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; certifications in timekeeping are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Timekeeper in construction projects within the UAE.
• Strong data entry and timekeeping skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Record daily attendance and working hours of construction staff and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records for payroll and project reporting.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers to resolve discrepancies in labor data.
• Prepare weekly and monthly labor hour reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations regarding time tracking.
• Assist in maintaining orderly documentation related to workforce timings and attendance.
